The Office of Student Financial Assistance at Kansas State University seeks a dynamic individual with strong leadership qualities to fill the role of assistant director. The position will lead and manage our customer service unit, which is comprised of 4 financial aid advisors and several student peer advisors. Close collaboration with campus partners is essential. This position is also responsible for executing all tasks related to Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), contributing with system functionality and processing needs, and assisting with the regulatory compliance of consumer information.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years supervisory experience; experience in providing presentations and/or training; experience in researching and interpreting regulations and compliance related topics; prior work experience in a customer service profession
Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $51,500 - $66,929 annually
