Job Description:
Iowa State University has a great career opportunity within The Office of Student Financial Aid Scholarship Office where we are seeking a Student Scholarship Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will provide scholarship services for campus partners, students and families as well as general financial services assistance.
Example of Duties:
• Manages OneApp scholarship system. This may include:
o Daily management of the OneApp system
o Training and assisting colleges, departments, and units in using OneApp
o Presentations to campus partners
o Working with the ISU Foundation on their role within OneApp
• Assists in reviewing and selecting scholarships for Office of Student Financial Aid.
• May lead some scholarship accounts of moderate scope and complexity.
• Assist as backup for scholarship check processing and merit/tuition awards.
• Provides general financial counseling services to students and families.
