The University of Iowa Financial Aid Office is currently hiring an Assistant Director of Processing and Verification.
In this role, the Assistant Director, Processing and Verification will support and provide guidance to the Processing and Verification team. This role will work with the Associate Director, Processing and Verification to implement and provide oversight of Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR), V4/V5 verification, and any verification needs required by the Department of Education. This role will ensure timely and accurate verification, review reports and oversee task buckets, troubleshoot errors, and resolve verification issues. This role will also work with special and unusual requests from students and parents for professional judgement review and assist with determining a student’s eligibility for financial aid.
